Curbing Chronic Pain Without Opioids

The following was a comment I left in response to someone asking for recommendations in dealing with chronic pain without the use of painkillers.

Things you can do to curb the pain….

Definitely CBD. Charlotte’s Web is one of the most reputable brands, but there are probably others that someone might know of on this thread. 

Chronic pain is one of the approved conditions for a medical marijuana card. I’d suggest looking into it. 

Remove all added sugar from your diet. Sugar is highly inflammatory, and inflammation is a breeding ground for pain, degeneration, and disease. 

Drink freshly juiced celery juice every morning. The amount of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals in celery juice is staggering and will do nothing but help you. 

Begin meditating. Regular daily meditation of even just 5 minutes at a time can decrease pain sensitivity dramatically. 

Opioids are trash and do more harm than good. I don’t know you at all, but I’m sure you deserve better than that in your life. 

Same goes for you reading this. If you have chronic pain, there are ways to live pain-free, or at least in dramatically less pain, without opioids.
