When a patient steps into my office, that chiropractic adjustment doesn’t end until that patient is noticeably better and I have done all I can to balance the spine by removing a vertebral subluxation (misalignment of the C1 and/or C2 vertebra).
Restoring proper balance to the spine, which removes pressure from the nerves and allows the body’s innate intelligence to begin the healing process, is my job inside my office.
Beyond the walls of my office, the responsibility lies with the patient. A healthy diet, safe and effective exercise, good sleep, and stress reduction techniques like meditation are important.
But I can’t do it for you.
This is why I tell people who come see me for adjustments that healing is a team effort. I will do my very best within the walls of my office. Outside of my office walls, you’re in charge of you.
So, don’t let YOU down!
