Why You May Have Shoulder Pain…

The 1st rib is a C-shaped bone below the trapezius muscle on either side of the base of your neck.

Above it runs a network of nerves called your brachial plexus.

The brachial plexus innervates everything from your shoulders down to your fingertips.

When the 1st rib misaligns, it will shift up and out, causing pressure and/or tension on those nerves, and sending numbness, tingling, or pain into your shoulder, down your arm, possibly all the way down to your fingers.

I have yet to discover a way to remedy this situation that doesn’t involve chiropractic.

So, if any of those previously mentioned symptoms apply to you, chances are high that you need a chiropractic adjustment.
