Coffee IS Life!!!

It took me 33 years to get into coffee, but get into it I certainly have!

From the burst of energy it gives, to the improved mood that comes along with it (it can temporarily curb depression), and the loosening up of bowels to properly clear out your digestive system, I’m a big fan.

When January was postpartum with our fifth child, coffee was the only thing to pull her out of postpartum depression. Coffee will always have a special place in my heart because of that.

Now, that doesn’t mean drinking endless cups of coffee is good for you. Too much and you won’t get to sleep until hours later than you planned, and anxiety can be triggered by too much caffeine.

And if you are getting terrible sleep, coffee (more specifically caffeine) is NOT a substitute. In fact, nothing is a substitute for sleep.

But 1-2 cups a day (depending on your preference) should help you to feel really good and really productive!
